This is a comic that came out so much better than the terrible "joke"/observation that spawned it. I was having one of those random thoughts while listening to Frank Ocean's Channel Orange. "Frank Ocean...that's like the world's worst Aquaman rip-off name. That'd be like calling Batman...Todd Vigilante." And thus, a new comic was born! With this comic, I got to team up with Claire Connelly--an artist who I first learned about on Twitter and whose work I've admired pretty much from the moment I first saw it. Claire brings a heart and soulfulness to the characters here that's far beyond what I could have ever hoped for. It's a little bit of NPR superheroes, and I hope you all enjoy it.
